You’ll learn how to create gentle daily rhythms that restore sleep, calm the nervous system, and rebuild trust in your body.

Week 3 — Nourished, Not Controlled

Healing Your Relationship with Food & Your Body

Release dieting, guilt, and food obsession.
Understand how stress, cravings, and the brain connect — and learn to nourish your body with wisdom and grace.

Outcome: Peace around food and body care.

Week 4 — Listening to Your Body

Energy, Emotions & Resilience

Fatigue, cravings, and emotions are communication — not weakness.


You’ll learn supportive movement, emotional regulation, and body awareness practices that restore energy.
